As a therapist I’ve been described as thoughtful and warm, yet direct. I focus on creating a balance between deep listening and an active, engaged approach to exploring your thoughts and emotions. Sessions are both structured and flexible, offering a clear sense of direction while leaving space for open, collaborative exploration. This allows us to move at a pace that feels right for you, while still keeping the work grounded and purposeful.
Think of therapy with me as a guided exploration, with a map but plenty of room to wander. You can expect to feel supported and accepted, and when the moment is right, thoughtfully pushed or challenged. Don’t let the picture fool you—as an HSP, I love nothing more than cozy rainy days curled up with a good book. So much so that I have to work at not becoming too isolated. I’m a devoted cat mom and a lucky aunt to two beautiful boys. I lift weights and struggle to keep houseplants alive. I sing in the shower and am a sucker for Romantic poetry. I laugh often and I too sometimes struggle to regulate.
Mostly, I truly love the work I do as a therapist. I consider it a privilege to hold your story and witness your growth.
